We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with company secretarial experience who is ready to take the next step, learn new administration skills, and grow their career.

In this role, you will be responsible for centrally managing all ASIC-related processes and compliance requirements across our Head Office, Redlands, and Sunshine Coast based teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating ASIC updates and lodgements, managing entity registrations, supporting company secretarial functions, liaising with clients and regulatory bodies, and providing support to your colleagues.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in an administration or team secretary position within a professional services environment, or company secretarial role
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with ASIC processes, Now Infinity workflows, or similar compliance platforms is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance tasks
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support others
  • A great communicator who is highly organised
