QIC has extensive experience managing infrastructure assets and is well placed to provide oversight of project delivery.
At Queensland Hydro, you will find a purpose-driven organisation committed to transforming Queensland's energy landscape. Our mission is clear: we harness the power of water to secure the state's energy future. Guided by our core values – We act with care, We deliver together, and We are ambitious – we foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and integrity. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Promote awareness and deliver training of best practice procurement, including Qld Government BPP/BPIC requirements and contract management policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Collaboratively develop and implement contract and supplier strategies, sourcing initiatives, and benefit realisation, aligning with organisational commitments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in procurement practices, setting metrics and targets to measure and enhance performance.
- Establish and maintain a supplier relationship management framework with a continuing focus on value for money fit for purpose outcomes.
Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you will bring a formal qualification in procurement or business management, along with more than 10 years of experience in major infrastructure procurement initiatives.
