Location:
Hybrid – mostly remote, with occasional face-to-face catch ups (Brisbane-based)

Type:
Part-time / Flexible hours (ideal for 2–3 days per week or school hours)

The Role

We're looking for a
skilled, experienced bookkeeper
(ideally with an accounting background) who's ready to take ownership of our multi-entity finances and keep things running smoothly.

You'll be our go-to for:

  • Full bookkeeping across multiple entities (AP/AR, bank recs, payroll)
  • Preparing management reports & insights for directors
  • Working with our external accountants at tax time
  • Helping us improve financial systems & processes

Most of the work can be done
remotely
. We catch up in person occasionally to collaborate, brainstorm, or just enjoy some face time.

About You

  • Experienced bookkeeper with
    solid end-to-end skills
    (Xero required).
  • Background in accounting or finance (worked in construction businesses = plus).
  • Confident working independently and solving problems.
