We're looking for passionate individuals to join our Environmental Services team We are offering full-time, part-time or casual opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cleaning tasks as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures or as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
  • Work independently with excellent time management and adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and machines safely while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Demonstrate compassion when working with individuals who have mental health challenges.
  • Assist with various cleaning duties, including standing, lifting, and moving at a moderate pace.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Recent police clearance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a cleaning role.
  • Physical fitness to handle standing, lifting, and moving.
  • Food Safe Handling Certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors.
  • Experience working with cleaning chemicals and machines.
  • A compassionate approach to individuals with mental health issues.
