Estimator / Supervisor - Insurance Repairs & Construction

Are you an experienced Estimator or Supervisor with a background in residential or insurance-based construction?

We're partnering with a well-established construction company that provides high-quality building and insurance repair services across NSW and they're now looking for an experienced professional to join their growing team as an Estimator / Supervisor.

About the Role

This is a key role combining both estimating and project coordination, managing the full process from initial assessment through to repair completion.

Day to day duties:

  • Prepare detailed scopes of work and cost estimates based on supplied documentation
  • Manage project budgets, issue work orders, and oversee progress remotely
  • Liaise directly with insurance clients, subcontractors, and homeowners
  • Review and process subcontractor variations and invoices
  • Maintain company margins and ensure quality outcomes
  • Uphold safety and compliance standards while mentoring junior team members

About You

  • A trade qualification (Builder or Carpenter preferred)
  • Experience in estimating, insurance repairs, or restoration work
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job management systems
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with great attention to detail
