Ambrose Construct Group is one of Australia's largest insurance repair specialists, with offices in every state. We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator Supervisor or a Senior Estimator Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team in Sydney.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

  • Insurance Building Estimator Supervisor (Senior level experience).
  • Report directly to the Construction Manager.
  • Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs.
  • Exceed KPIs through the use of our industry-leading technology.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Receive a competitive salary package, vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, uniform, and tools of the trade.
  • Insurance industry experience and knowledge of water claim management is advantageous but not essential.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Trade qualified (preferably carpentry).
  • Current White Card.
  • Previous experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance experience preferred).
  • Sound understanding of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency with mobile devices, repair management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Strong commitment to safety.
