Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our energetic team to assist the execution of exciting civil projects. The role is a key position that plays a major role in JK Williams success, by providing leadership and expert solutions to allocated project.

The diverse role holds responsibilities that includes but is not limited to:


Manage project strategy and execution: Lead the delivery and take part in creating the direction of your allocated project/s from planning to completion.


Maintain strong stakeholder engagement: Use your technical expertise to successfully connect and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers


Be a leader: Use your leadership skills to mentor and develop project team personnel.


Manage structure and compliance: This includes taking part in administrative activities such as compliance reporting, project budgets, contract management, procurement etc.

Skills and Experiences:

The position is a full time-permanent role, that requires regular travel to our project sites throughout NSW.

About You

You will be a:

Qualified Professional: You will have completed formal qualifications in Civil Engineering with a proven track record within Project Management- specifically within civil construction (large subdivision projects).


Subject Matter Expert: You have strong commercial aptitude with a deep understanding of WHSEQ standards and process improvement management. You will also have strong exposure to relevant legislation, regulations and compliance requirements.


Strategic Thinker: You take ownership for executing the project strategy through applying best practice techniques. This includes providing analytical insight and complex problem solving.


Relentless Bias to Action: You will be an ambitious self-starter that is driven to execute the project successfully and make your team and customer successful.


Natural Leader: You are a strong leader that is results focused. With strong interpersonal and communication skills.
