Steel Builders is on the lookout for a strategic
Sales Manager
to lead our NSW sales team in driving customer success, revenue growth, and market expansion.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a passionate team, craft and execute sales strategies, and nurture strong client relationships—all while contributing directly to our 5-year growth plan. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where
leadership, innovation, and customer focus
are key.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and mentor the NSW Sales team to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and execute a Sales Strategic Plan to drive sustainable growth across all divisions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive pipeline development, conversion, and efficiency through streamlined sales processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear information flow from sales to production
  • Champion a customer-first and safety-focused culture across the business
