About the Role
As a project Manager, you will:
· Work in Construction (New Build) of a school project
· Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
· Oversee site teams of 50–100 trades and subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations and delivery to program
· Drive safety, quality, and compliance across all site activities
· Work closely with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve challenges and exceed expectations
· Deliver high-quality outcomes on projects ranging from $10M to $30M
About You
We're looking for proven leaders with:
· 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager on construction projects ($10M+)
· Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree)
. Proven ability and experience in managing project budgets and taking full ownership of project cost control
. Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
. Proficiency in relevant software packages (e.g. Buildtools, Jobpac, Microsoft Project) a bonus
. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· A commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in delivery
. Australian resident, qualified to work in Australia
