Are you passionate about empowering future carers and making a difference in the lives of others? We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Trainer & Assessor for Diploma of Hospitality Management course at our Gold Coast campuses.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer & Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing the SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management and related qualifications.

You will work closely with students from diverse backgrounds, guiding them to achieve their learning and career goals, while ensuring compliance with ASQA, CRICOS, and RTO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and assess the above listed qualifications.
  • Create an inclusive, supportive, and interactive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one support, guidance, and mentorship to students as needed.
  • Ensure training and assessments meet compliance standards and align with industry requirements.
  • Stay updated with current trends in Community Services and incorporate best practices into training.

Selection Criteria:

  1. TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  2. Diploma (or higher) in Hospitality Management.
  3. Industry experience in hospitality, preferably in leadership/management roles.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to inspire, mentor, and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
  6. Experience working in an RTO or CRICOS environment (desirable).

  • MONDAY & TUESDAY - 9am until 5pm
