The BBT program involves delivering a confirmed 5-year pipeline of projects with the option to extend for another 5 years.

We're now seeking an 
experienced Estimator – Water & Sewer Infrastructure
 to join our high-performing team. Based at our office in 
Moffat Beach
, you'll enjoy working just minutes from the ocean while contributing to some of Southeast Queensland's most significant infrastructure projects.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can think outside the box, and is looking for a long-term career opportunity with plenty of room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantities, and pricing for water and sewer infrastructure projects
  • Conduct site inspections and assess project-specific conditions
  • Program and sequence works efficiently in consultation with delivery teams
  • Interpret specifications, standards, and designs for cost implications
  • Develop first-principles estimates and TOC/RAMP submissions
  • Review subcontractor and supplier quotes with precision
  • Support tender handovers and pre-contracts for successful bids

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in civil infrastructure estimating or project delivery
  • Experience in water/wastewater (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency with Expert Estimator software (essential)
  • Strong capability with MS Suite, Outlook, and MS Project/Primavera
  • Experience developing TOC/RAMP estimates
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Current Driver's Licence
