Job Summary:

Stockwell is seeking a program driven and detail-oriented Tenancy Delivery Coordinator who will collaborate with leasing, tenants, Centre Management, designers, and contractors to coordinate a smooth and efficient process to deliver the fit-out and opening of tenancies within our portfolio of properties.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the Stockwell Leasing Team in the delivery of all deals.
  • Work with Stockwell Delivery to develop detailed scopes and price estimates.
  • Complete any Lessor base build works before handover.
  • Work with tenants and the Tenancy Design and Delivery Coordinator to finalise and have their fit-out design approved to meet handover dates.
  • Actively project manage tenancy approval, fit-out and compliance programs to ensure tenancies are open and operational in accordance with their Lease agreed delivery timelines and compliance requirements.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • Experience in project management, quality control and delivery, particularly in retail fit-outs and tenancy coordination.
  • Experience in retail development (new build) projects desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly organised with confident communication with urgent follow-up skills.
  • Strong and disciplined work ethic, with a proactive attitude and initiative where no task is too big or too small.
  • Ready, willing, and able to travel.
