About the position

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic inbound contact centre team.

In this role, you'll provide outstanding phone-based support to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll assist with general inquiries related to our loan products and help customers navigate their loan requirements, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced contact centre professional to grow within a supportive, inclusive, and fun team that values collaboration, development and genuine recognition.

Key Duties include:

  • Handle inbound phone calls, emails and online chat queries for our borrowers and provide accurate and in-depth assistance with Firstmac products including home and auto loans;
  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions, ensuring the customer has a good understanding of our service to ensure solutions and expectations are met;
  • Ensure our systems are up to date with detailed and accurate call history notes, maintaining accurate customer data.

Ideally you will also possess:

  • Phone-based customer service experience
  • Financial services experience
  • Strong communication skills with a customer centric focus
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities; and
  • A strong attention to detail that will enable you to pass on information with clarity and accuracy.
