Your Mission
As Customer Growth Specialist, your role is to grow and retain a portfolio of customers through increased feature adoption and revenue growth. You'll be a trusted advisor, a proactive communicator, and an energetic advocate for PropertyMe—ensuring your customers unlock the full potential of our platform.

What You'll Be Doing
Proactively manage your portfolio of customers to drive product adoption and upsell opportunities
Surpass weekly outreach and connection targets (calls, meetings, emails)
Be a PropertyMe champion—confidently communicating our value to business owners and their teams
Use Salesforce to capture account activity and track pipeline opportunities
Analyse usage and engagement data to surface trends, drive feature usage, and deliver value
Report customer feedback and insights to help shape our product and service delivery
Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitor movements
What You Bring
2+ years of account management or BDM experience (PropTech/SaaS or real estate a strong advantage)
A passion for tech and the role it plays in property management success
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and adapt across stakeholders
Self-starter mentality with strong initiative and commercial acumen
Data-literate, comfortable using insights to make smart decisions
Customer-first approach with a genuine desire to help clients succeed
Collaborative mindset—you work well with others and thrive in a team environment
