We're expanding rapidly and looking for motivated, high-energy sales professionals to join our growing team as Outbound Sales Specialists. You'll be provided with warm leads and pre-booked appointments, giving you every opportunity to succeed.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions — no cold calling, no door knocking, just great conversations and genuine opportunities.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Attend qualified, pre-booked appointments with homeowners.
  • Educate customers on solar, battery storage, and government rebate programs.
  • Present tailored solutions to help families reduce their energy costs.
  • Close deals and hit achievable, rewarding sales targets.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For
  • Sales experience (solar, telco, real estate, or similar high-ticket sales preferred).
  • A driven, self-motivated individual who loves connecting with people.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • A passion for renewable energy and personal success.
