We are looking for a top-performing and experienced Customer Retention Specialist to join our multi-franchise dealership located in Wollongong.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take advantage of working with a growing brand portfolio producing world-class luxury and mainstream vehicles with plenty of new models just launched and more coming.

Your duties & responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Successfully providing finance and insurance quotes to existing or new customers, whilst building and maintaining effective relationships
  • Providing and compiling monthly reporting that assists in the control of customers and prospect databases and sales pipelines
  • Providing support to the Sales Teams in the areas of customer retention, dealership liaison and customer service
  • Capture and engage all maturing contracts from existing portfolio
  • Follow up and 'sell' the refinance message to our customers
  • Actively refer genuine leads to our network and ensure accountability for positive outcomes

In order to be successful in this role:

  • 2+ years' experience in the provision of sales and/or customer service preferably in telephone sales or a call center environment
  • Application of negotiation skills and tools
  • An ability to develop and sustain positive & cooperative working relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and process administration skills
