What You'll Do:

Handle inbound calls from customers needing plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning services.

Book service appointments (no scheduling, just securing bookings).

Make outbound calls to our existing customers and active members to offer services, follow up, and rebook appointments.

Educate customers on our services and ensure they receive the best possible experience.

Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.

What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people.

Experience in customer service & outbound calling (call center, sales, or admin experience preferred).

Strong computer & communication skills.

Ability to confidently engage with customers and book appointments.
