ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A fantastic opportunity within the RTO industry has become available. At Link Resources, we strive to be the provider of choice by delivering high quality compliant training to the heavy industry whilst fostering a client focused culture. Link Resources operate nationally with facilities in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania.

We are currently seeking applications for suitability qualified and experienced Trainer/Assessors with the following skill sets:

  • Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid + CPR (required)
  • Four Wheel Drive Operations (desired)Mobile Plant (desired)
  • High risk work (desired)
  • Mobile plant (desired)

To be successful you must hold:

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment
  • Current qualifications in the above listed units
  • Valid driver's licence and industry licenses
  • Recent industry experience
  • A sound knowledge of the VET sector and National Standards for RTOs
  • Experience in delivering courses in a classroom setting and within industry (at client facilities)

This opportunity is available on a casual or contract basis. As part of your commitment as a Trainer/Assessor travel is required to regional, remote or interstate locations from time to time.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high quality training and assessment services to our students and clients
  • Demonstrating your expert industry knowledge and experience to engage students
  • Using contemporary learning techniques and methodologies
  • Flexibility in the delivery and adapting resources to meet student and client needs
  • Undertake accurate assessment and record keeping, ensuring compliance remains consistent
  • Working collaboratively within a team of highly skilled professionals and stakeholders
