Rate: Remuneration will be aligned with the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020, based on experience, qualification level, and classification.

About The Role

Evolve Learning Institute is in the application process for RTO registration with ASQA.

We are currently seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor who shares the same values as us with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant online vocational education and training in the Business Industry.

Upon approval from ASQA, Trainers will deliver training using synchronous (live webinar) and asynchronous (self-paced) online methods, with a strong emphasis on learner engagement and digital accessibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering engaging, well-structured and compliant training aligned to each qualification and unit of competency.
  • Undertaking assessment of student competency in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence, ensuring decisions are fair, valid, reliable and sufficient.
  • Participating in assessment validation activities, including pre-use review and post-assessment validation in accordance with a structured validation plan.
  • Providing timely, supportive feedback and guidance to learners across the full training lifecycle.
  • Maintaining professional development and industry currency, including in training and assessment methods.
About You

Essential Credentials:

  • Applicants must hold one of the following training and assessment credentials:

  • TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or

  • A diploma or higher-level qualification in adult/vocational education and training; or
  • A secondary teaching qualification + relevant Skill Set.

  • Vocational competence (equal to or above) in one or more of the following qualifications:

  • BSB30120 – Certificate III in Business

  • BSB40520 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
  • BSB50120 – Diploma of Business
  • BSB50420 – Diploma of Leadership and Management
  • BSB50820 – Diploma of Project Management

Industry Competence:

  • Relevant and current vocational experience in business, leadership, or project management to the level being delivered.

Online Capability:

  • Experience in online or blended delivery using platforms such as Moodle, eSkilled, aXcelerate, Canvas, MS Teams or Zoom.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Standards for RTOs 2025, including training and assessment expectations.
  • Involvement in validation.

Evolve Learning Institute is not yet a registered RTO. All long-term engagements are conditional on successful registration with ASQA. Roles will transition to the delivery phase following approval.
