Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Trainer/Assessor - CERT III in Pathology Collection. The position is based in Adelaide, SA. The Trainer/Assessor will be responsible for delivering and assessing training sessions for students, ensuring compliance with training standards, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to students to help them achieve their learning outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting training and assessment in Pathology Collection desirable.
  • Certification IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and administrative tasks
  • Current industry experience in pathology collection min 2 years
  • Ability to effectively engage and support students
  • First Aid certificate
