As we continue to grow, we're on the hunt for a dynamic and people-focused Head of Finance who can bring our financial strategy to life and empower our teams across the organisation.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be the financial backbone of Gro Clinics, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role isn't just about the numbers—it's about building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and making a tangible impact. You'll also play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction by preparing and presenting insightful board packs that drive key decisions at the highest level.

The location of this role is flexible but ideally based near one of our clinics.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that support our ambitious growth plans and innovative services.
  • Prepare Board Packs: Craft comprehensive and insightful board reports that guide executive decisions and organisational strategy.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the budgeting process, ensuring resources are maximised for impact and growth.
  • Commercial Partnering: Collaborate with clinical, operational, and marketing teams to drive commercial success and innovation.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Safeguard our business by ensuring compliance with industry regulations and financial best practices.
  • Cash Flow & Investment Oversight: Manage cash flow and investment strategies for optimal financial health.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic thinker with a knack for both numbers and people—you know how to make data tell a story.
  • CPA or CA qualification is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, with exposure to medical, healthcare, or high-growth environments a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills—capable of engaging with all levels of the organisation and simplifying complex financial concepts.
  • Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
