We're now looking for a
Head of Finance
to join the team at HQ in Tingalpa. This isn't about sitting in a corner office pushing spreadsheets, it's about being part of the day-to-day, shaping our future growth, and helping us make smarter decisions, faster.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across ecommerce, grocery, wholesale, and retail.
  • Owning the P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow.
  • Building forecasts and scenario models for campaigns, launches, and new projects.
  • Partnering with marketing, ops, and grocery to give clear financial insights that drive results.
  • Spotting opportunities to improve margins, pricing, and efficiency.
  • Keeping us compliant and audit-ready, without losing focus on the commercial levers.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in finance, ideally in ecommerce, FMCG, or retail.
  • A hands-on operator who's just as comfortable running reconciliations as building models.
  • Someone who gets how ad spend, CAC, and campaign ROI fit into the bigger picture.
  • A clear communicator who can explain finance in plain English.
  • Comfortable in a founder-led environment where things move quickly and priorities shift.
