The Role
As Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of Our Patch. You will oversee financial operations, compliance, budgeting, and strategic planning, ensuring our financial sustainability and growth.

About You
- CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification
- Visionary, energetic, and solutions-focused leader
- Systems thinker with strong analytical skills to drive financial strategy
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Deep knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent communicator, able to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Tech-savvy, with expertise in financial management software (Xero, MYOB)
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
- Willing to engage with teams on the ground through site visits and holiday programs
Additional Responsibilities
- Board Engagement – Support quarterly Board meetings, including high-level financial reporting and presentations
- Strategic Alignment – Drive financial strategies that align with Our Patch's BHAG
- Culture & Values – Advocate and uphold Our Patch's values of Grounded, Relationships, Ownership, and Wonder
