**About the Role**
As the Head of Finance Operations, you will be part of the Finance Leadership team, leading a dynamic finance team and collaborating closely with various business units to ensure the company's strategic goals are met, fostering growth and operational efficiency. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the ANZ GM’s and various leaders.

As the Head of Finance Operations you will ensure all client accounting is processed accurately, timely, efficiently and productively in accordance with industry and taxation legislation. Whilst also continuously working on improving the overall Finance processes and providing excellent service and financial support to the broader business.

The role will have a range of direct reports and they will be responsible for leading and managing the team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of high volume transactions and reconciliations each month; provision of accurate revenue numbers; year-end reporting support for Client Revenue AP and AR; variance analysis versus forecasts; providing information and facilitating all audit responsibilities ; cashflow forecasting; and Banking and Treasury administration and support.

The Head of Finance Operation will also be at the forefront of shaping and optimising our financial shared services function, working closely with our offshore financial services provider. This will include staff management, SLA monitoring, vendor relationship management and contract analysis.

**Skills and Experience**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- CPA or CA qualified.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
- Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong technical accounting skills in AP and AR
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the travel industry either finance or operations is desirable, but not essential.
- Intermediate or advanced in the use of the Microsoft Office Software Suite and Excel.
- Experience with Tramada system or similar accounting / travel package is desirable
- Strong Leadership and People Management skills, including ability to manage change in a positive manner.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to professionally interact with all facets of the broader business and external parties.
