About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology Services, you will lead a small team of Application Support Engineers, providing technical expertise, coaching and guidance while also working hands-on to support our core business applications. These include:
  • Office 365 (including SharePoint online)
  • Power Platform
  • Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)
  • Okta
  • Salesforce
  • SailPoint
You will:
  • Ensure workload is allocated effectively and support the team to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Manage escalations as required
  • Collaborate with architecture and project teams to onboard new applications, ensuring compliance with security, governance and integration standards
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships across the business
  • Provide both technical and people leadership, including regular 1 on 1s, career development, and fostering a positive and inclusive culture
Experience and Qualifications

You'll bring:
  • Experience in a similar, hands-on leadership role
  • A strong working knowledge of SharePoint is essential, as well as experience with all or some of the other applications listed above
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Understanding of the broader business impacts of each application
