As part of this transformation, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our Technology team.
In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support for our legacy retail applications and assist in the deployment of new Point of Sale (POS) systems across the business. You'll play a key role in maintaining system health, managing incidents, and ensuring our store teams can operate efficiently.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will:
- Support legacy retail applications and assist with new POS deployments
- Perform regular health checks to ensure system stability and performance
- Manage and resolve incidents related to store-level applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
What you will bring:
- Experience supporting retail or enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage incident queues and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills, especially when working with non-technical users
- Experience with SQL or database querying (desirable)
- Familiarity with POS systems or store operations is a plus
