The Role

As a Sales Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our call centre operations, responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching & motivating a team of 12 outbound appointment setters (warm leads)
  • Driving performance through KPI management & continuous improvement strategies
  • Ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism & care
  • Managing escalations & supporting team problem-solving
  • Reporting on performance and sharing actionable insights with the call centre manager
  • Assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff

What You Bring

  • Previous leadership experience in an outbound call centre or sales environment
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a proven track record of hitting team targets
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience implementing new ideas, tools, or technologies to lift team performance
