PMX (Publicis Media Exchange) is the central investment practice for Publicis Media. We're responsible for the smart application of investment by leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships, and intelligence.

We have an exciting opening for a Management Accountant to join our talented and diverse team. You will be providing accurate and timely financial services to support the daily operation and financial reporting of business units within Publicis Media Australia. You will join our small but mighty team of Finance talents and work under the guidance of our Financial Controller, whilst having autonomy and the opportunity to sink your teeth into deeper finance responsibilities.

Furthermore, our Groupe's connected platform will enable you to fulfil career ambitions in a business large enough to accommodate them.

Day to day you'll be:

• Leading and driving month-end reporting

• Managing Annual Commit and rolling forecast submissions

• Leading the team to perform FMC controls according to their frequency in line with the Groupe's reporting requirements

• Managing the Quarterly Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting with the support of the Financial Accountant, leading the team to complete HFM reporting timely and accurately and resolving queries.

• Performing client profitability analysis and submitting Client Profitability Report (CPR) in HFM on an annual and quarterly basis with the support of the Financial Accountant.

• Assisting in any internal and external audit requests

The person we're looking for has:

• Bachelor's Degree of Business/Accounting (essential)

• Strong accounting knowledge and skills in budgeting, forecasting and reporting

• Highly proficient in Excel with ability to manage large volume of data and complex spreadsheets.

• Excellent attention to details

• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, committed to delivering reports within deadlines

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Approach tasks and responsibilities with a growth mindset and be keen to learn

• Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships, approach all situations with integrity and trust

• Maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong financial services and collaboration

• Knowledge and experience in the financial software SAP and media software SMD is preferred, though not essential

• Experience within the media/advertising industry is preferred, though not essential
