As a senior financial analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations and reporting for private credit funds. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily cash forecasting, monitoring investment activities and fund expenses, managing liquidity requirements, and collaborating with third-party administrators to ensure smooth fund operations and timely client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily cash forecasting, monitoring investment activities and fund expenses, and managing liquidity requirements.
  • Manage credit and leverage facility operations such as drawdown, repayment, payment process, and covenant reporting.
  • Oversee quarterly net asset value (NAV) reporting package and its supporting schedules from third-party administrators.
  • Approve investor statements and oversee their preparation.
  • Oversee annual financial statements and its supporting schedules.
  • Calculate management fees and performance fees.
  • Monitor fund performance metrics at both fund and asset levels.
  • Prepare investor reporting packages, including investment manager's reports, portfolio details reports, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Support investment teams during deal funding processes to ensure timely funding.
  • Ensure fund budgets and expenses align with fund documents and expectations, and payments are approved and processed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties during fund audits.
  • Prepare investor reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Address queries and resolve issues from stakeholders proactively.
  • Assist in improving fund oversight models, processes, and controls through various ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
  • Accounting qualification required.
  • At least 5 years' experience in financial services.
  • Recent experience covering the above-mentioned responsibilities.
  • Prior experience working on closed-end and open-end funds/private credit fund accounting/administration/audit with experience in funds management, fund accounting, fund administration, or fund audit.
  • Experience in multi-currency reporting, hedging strategies, and new fund launches.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Attention to detail while functioning within global processes.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Understanding of trial balances, reconciliations, third-party administrator operating models, and financial statements.
  • Good understanding of operational risks and controls.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Aladdin is preferred but not essential.
  • Prior experience across fund accounting software.
  • Excellent Power BI and Excel skills.
