If you've ever found yourself chatting to strangers at a sausage sizzle, expertly folding brochures while balancing a coffee or coaxing a marquee into place with nothing but determination and duct tape - we might just have the perfect role for you.

We're looking for a Community Fundraising Officer with a knack for bringing people together and a soft spot for causes that involve wagging tails and life-changing partnerships. This is a hands-on, heart-first role where you'll support grassroots fundraising efforts across Queensland, helping to engage communities to not only raise funds but also raise smiles.

You'll be part of a team that's passionate, evolving and not afraid to get stuck in - whether it's packing merchandise, setting up stalls before sunrise or chatting with a potential donor who's just popped by "for a look" and left with a new sense of purpose. You'll work closely with fundraising coordinators and specialists to make sure every community activation runs like clockwork, with just the right amount of charm and chaos.

Behind the scenes, you'll also be the glue that keeps things running smoothly. From supporting event logistics and packing materials to managing post-event tasks like banking, reporting and lead data entry - you'll help ensure every detail is covered. You'll maintain accurate records in the CRM, contribute to lead generation and supporter engagement strategies and provide general admin support to the fundraising team. It's the kind of work that makes all the difference when it comes to delivering memorable, meaningful fundraising activations.

This role is perfect for someone who's looking to grow their career in fundraising, with plenty of room to learn, contribute and maybe even sneak in a cuddle with a four-legged friend now and then. You'll need to be organised, personable and physically capable of helping with community activation setups - yes, that includes marquees, tables and our massive inflatable ambassador
