Open Haven is a not-for-profit supporting women on their journey of recovery and restoration. We're seeking a skilled Office Manager to play a pivotal role in leading the administrative arm of our organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior, hands-on role where you'll combine strategy with day-to-day delivery, ensuring smooth operations, strong compliance, financial oversight, and a thriving team culture.
What you'll do:
- Partner with the CEO to deliver our organisational vision and strategy
- Lead daily operations, building an inclusive and productive culture
- Oversee finances, budgets, audits, and grant applications
- Ensure compliance and manage organisational risk
- Support staff and volunteers with leadership and guidance
- Report to the Board and maintain sponsor/stakeholder relationships
- Manage admin functions including systems, brand, and communications
What you'll bring:
- Experience in leadership, operations or office management
- Strong leadership skills with integrity and resilience
- Knowledge of compliance, planning, and performance metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ideally, experience in fundraising, business operations or the not-for-profit / DV sector
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Fundraising experience
- Business experience
- Experience in Non-profit organisation and/or DV sector
