Senior Receptionist – ReMed Natural Medicine Clinic

ReMed, Australia's leading Natural Medicine Clinic, is looking for a Senior Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. If you're proactive, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering a warm, professional patient experience, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Front of House Leadership: Be the first point of contact; set the tone for a calm, welcoming reception.
  • Patient Journey Management: Handle bookings, confirmations, re-bookings, and waitlists to support continuity of care.
  • Phone & Inbox Management: Manage enquiries, resolve issues, and work efficiently to respond in a timely manner; ability to multi task
  • Billing & POS: Process payments, issue invoices/receipts, reconcile daily takings.
  • Clinical Admin: Maintain accurate patient records
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders within the business

Role Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in a senior reception or medical/clinic admin role (allied health/medical preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional phone manner, clear written communication, and confident patient engagement.
  • Systems: Proficient in practice management software, MS Office Suite
  • Organisation: Sharp attention to detail; able to juggle competing priorities with calm professionalism.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused.
  • Integrity & Discretion: Handles patient records with strict confidentiality
  • Availability: Part-time appx 30 hours/week , across 5 days, with some flexibility to cover staff annual leave / illness. Must have flexibility to accommodate our opening hours (8am – 7 pm Mon -Fri & Saturdays 9-12pm)
