The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Service Receptionist to join our friendly team at Cranbourne Toyota.

This is a front-of-house role based in our busy Service Department, where you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive a warm, professional welcome every time. This role is the perfect stepping stone to a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist guests as they enter the service area
  • Manage all incoming calls to the Service Department
  • Schedule and manage service bookings, both over the phone and in person
  • Offer refreshments to guests (tea, coffee, water)
  • Provide support to Service Advisors and the wider service team

About You:

You'll be a proactive and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys providing exceptional customer service. Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or reception role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • A professional, polished, and approachable presentation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
