We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager with 4+ years of experience to join our Neutral Bay office, home to our largest and most established property management team.

In this role, you'll manage a high end portfolio with full support from our dedicated leasing, inspections and admin teams giving you the time and space to focus on what you do best, delivering exceptional service. About you:

  • Minimum of 4 year's experience in residential property management.
  • Strong team player mentality.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Motivation and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Proficiency in property management software – Property Tree & Inspection Manager
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (NSW).`
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
