Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Credit Analyst working solely for one of the directors in a team writing over $200m in annual settlements.

Your sole focus is credit and delivering the best customer proposal in conjunction with the mortgage broker. You will have a highly efficient back end operations team at your disposal, so you will not be responsible for CRM management or AOL lodgment.

The role doesn't require you to bring in self generated leads, although that is a plus, but rather, you will be given clients to run with "end to end".

Your duties include:

  1. Speaking directly with the customer
  2. Completing borrowing capacity assessment
  3. Delivering proposal to customer
  4. Workshopping transaction with bank/BDM's/Credit team
  5. Packaging deal and working with internal team to lodge file

The perfect candidate has the below qualifications and experience:

  1. At least 5 years experience in the mortgage broking industry. Ideally as a broker themselves or in a para-broking role
  2. Highly experienced working with complex self employed transactions
  3. Highly experienced working directly with customers
  4. Highly organised and process based
  5. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related fields
