We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service & Warranty Advisor to manage workshop bookings and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal workshop teams. This role is critical in maintaining accurate warranty records and ensuring timely submission of claims.

The core purpose of the role is to deliver a seamless and professional customer experience by efficiently managing workshop bookings, maintaining accurate warranty documentation, and ensuring timely submission of claims. This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction through clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive service coordination.

Key Accountabilities are but not limited to –

  • Service and Repair bookings
  • Maintaining Workshop calendar
  • Completing costing of repair orders
  • Invoicing of repairs and services
  • Liaising with customers and both internal and external workshops
  • General office duties
  • Compiling and completing warranty claims
  • Keeping valid, current, and legible records of all claims submitted
  • Maintaining and inputting warranty claims on both Yutong DMS and Era Power
  • Assist other departments if and where required
  • Any reasonable requests by the Manager

Skills and experience –

  • Qualification in business Administration would be advantageous
  • Minimum of 12months in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the transport industry
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong office administration skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word and Excel – intermediate
  • Previous experience withing a Service/Warranty role
  • Exceptional Customer service focus
  • High attention to detail
