About the opportunity

The key role will include overseeing care service delivery across all support streams. Working within a rights-based, person-centred framework, collaborating with participants, their supporters, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate tailed, response and inclusive support.

Look for opportunities to expand new and current business by developing and maintaining relationships with local networks, health professionals and assessment agencies.

  • Excellent , time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current NDIS check
  • Current drivers' license
  • Community Sector experience & qualifications
