About the Role

As a Warranty Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring warranty claims are processed smoothly and efficiently across our Toyota, Lexus, and Hino dealerships. You'll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to deliver accuracy, compliance, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and administer customer warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and internal teams to gather necessary documentation
  • Maintain detailed records and warranty-related documentation
  • Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in the warranty process
  • Provide updates and reports on claim status
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay current with industry regulations and warranty policies

About You

We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and ideally experience in automotive warranty administration.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in warranty administration or a technical automotive role (preferred)
  • General administration experience (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
  • Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of automotive warranty policies and industry regulations (advantageous)
