We are seeking a hands-on, reliable
Inventory Coordinator
to join our team
on

site
at our
Marsden
Park
facility. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in working with a 3PL provider to assist in managing and maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth stock movements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and reconcile cycle counts for over 10,000 stock items.
- Assist warehouse team in locating the right products to meet customer orders.
- Work closely with Sales Representatives, Business Managers, and a large Warehouse team.
- Assist in conducting cyclic stock counts in all DT locations around Australia.
- Identify and reposition short, dated stock to increase probability of sale.
- Provide backup for Inventory Team Leader as required.
- Improve processes using Lean and 5S methodology.
- Participate and manage special projects as required.

Experience required:
- Proven experience in a similar inventory or warehouse coordination role
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and dependable team player
