Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that stock levels support both operational needs and customer expectations.
What You'll Be Doing

- Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment aligned to demand
- Coordinate inventory movements with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams
- Support inventory planning during seasonal and promotional periods
- Maintain item master data and ensure system consistency
- Generate and analyse reports on stock availability, aged inventory and shrinkage
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party logistics providers
- Identify and implement process improvements for better inventory control
About You
You're detail-oriented, proactive and thrive in a role where precision and process matter. With experience across inventory and supply chain operations, you're confident managing stock across multiple locations and systems. You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys digging into data, identifying issues, and offering practical solutions. Your ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly helps you keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain or warehouse operations
- Industry experience in toy, retail or FMCG is a plus
- Proficiency with inventory systems such as DEAR, NetSuite or SAP
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- A proactive mindset and a passion for process improvement
If you're ready to take ownership of inventory control in a purpose-driven company and help us deliver joy to families around the world, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply now and become part of a team where creativity, growth and precision all come together.
