The Opportunity

This is an exciting, full-time opportunity to join a well-established and supportive Customer Service team located in East Perth.

Key Responsibilities

As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the core link between sales, production, and the customer:

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Handle all customer enquiries courteously and advise of any potential delays.
  • Be the main point of contact for both customers and internal employees.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with sales, production, and scheduling teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with despatchers to effectively reduce costs while maintaining optimum service levels.
  • Consistently seek and implement process improvements.

About You
We are looking for a resilient, meticulous, and communicative professional:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is essential.
  • Highly comfortable managing high volumes of phone communication in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly liaise with stakeholders at all levels (from site staff to project managers).
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high-level proficiency in MS Office and Google applications.
  • Desirable: Experience in precast or concrete is a bonus, but not essential; full training will be provided in ordering systems and product knowledge.
