The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and caring Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to join our front-line team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person
  • Coordinate customer bookings and manage appointment follow-ups
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries, directing them to the right departments
  • Perform data entry and administrative support using MYOB and internal systems
  • Assist with showroom and sales support as required
  • Maintain organised records and support day-to-day office operations

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
  • Excellent phone manner with clear, confident communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with MYOB Accounting software (advantageous but not essential)
