Business Services Administration Assistant

Our Business Services division is seeking an experienced office administration assistant. Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated and organised, be a proactive team member and have the ability to provide high level support to all areas of the firm.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high level secretarial and administrative support to the team
- Maintenance of client records
- Fee Preparation
- Processing correspondence
- Arranging client appointments and booking in client work
- Cross checking notices of assessment with tax returns
- Collation of financials, tax returns and other reports
- Other administration support duties as required including scheduled Reception support days
- This role will require the successful applicant to work from our Adelaide office.
