About the role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Office Administrator to join our team at Curtain Hardware Australia (SA) Pty Ltd in Northfield, South Australia. This full-time position will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email and in-person, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Processing customer orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and other office duties as required
  • Liaising with internal teams to coordinate customer requests and resolve any issues
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the retail or wholesale industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the curtain hardware industry would be advantageous, but not essential
