for food packaging, construction, trade, and industrial applications. We are seeking a hands-on, creative
Brand Development Coordinator
to bring our story to life through video, content, and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the brand as we scale nationally and internationally.

What you'll do:

  • Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content (customer stories, product explainers, campaigns, events).
  • Manage branding projects from concept to delivery.
  • Create photo and graphic content for campaigns, social media, and product launches.
  • Build and manage Siegel's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — driving community engagement and brand growth.
  • Collaborate with customers, distributors, and the sales team to capture authentic stories.
  • Support event activations and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong videography and editing skills (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Experience managing and growing social media platforms for a brand.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Confidence in customer engagement and on-site collaboration.
  • Organised, creative, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Full-time role based in Smeaton Grange, NSW, Australia
