At Our client, we are a small but mighty residential construction company dedicated to building dreams, one home at a time. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Foreman to lead our talented crew and help us deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering an atmosphere of growth and development.
  • Collaborate with management to help pave your career path within our company.
  • Take care of 10qty to 15qty dwellings (townhouses, units or dwellings)

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in residential construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, reports, plans, and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude; we love to have fun while we work
