Are you an experienced Electrician or Carpenter? Ventis, an Australian-owned company, has been transforming homes for over 10 years with our cutting-edge ventilation systems. With rapid growth, we're looking for a motivated and hands-on Ventilation Service Technician to join our team.

Working for Ventis you must have full Australian working rights & Australian Drivers License.


What You'll Do:As a Ventis-trained Field Technician, you'll be the face of our service and installation team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Changing Filters:Ensure our systems continue to provide fresh, filtered air by regularly replacing filters in customers' homes.
  • Installing New Systems:Set up brand-new Ventis ventilation systems, bringing healthier air to new homes and businesses.
  • Replacing & Upgrading Systems:Handle upgrades and replacements for existing systems, ensuring top performance for our clients.
  • Maintenance:Conduct routine checks and troubleshoot any issues to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Work on the Go:Enjoy the freedom of working independently in various locations, including occasional travel to Newcastle and Canberra (overnight stay).

About You:

We're looking for someone who combines technical know-how with strong leadership skills.

  • Qualified Electrician or Carpenter: You must be a fully licensed electrician or Carpenter with hands-on experience.
  • Leadership Potential: Proven ability to manage, guide, and motivate a team.
  • Hands-On: You still enjoy working with tools and getting the job done.
  • Organised & Communicative: Strong reporting, coordination, and liaison skills.
  • Problem Solver: Able to think on your feet and support both the team and customers when challenges arise.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Package: $95,000 – $105,000 (includes vehicle value of $15k).

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Electrician's License/ Fully qualified Carpenter.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
  • Comfortable working in tight or restrictive spaces and handling up to 15kg.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
