About Us

Zinlow Group is a leading Melbourne-based commercial fencing company specialising in the delivery of high-quality fencing, gates, and hoarding solutions across Victoria. Holding an EBA, we work across large-scale Government and Tier 1 infrastructure projects, and we are currently seeking Labourers / Commercial Fencers to join our growing site delivery team.

The Role:

As a Labourer / Commercial Fencer, you will play a key role in the on-site delivery of fencing and gate installations across major infrastructure projects across Melbourne and Victoria. You'll work closely with supervisors and project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial fencing systems including chain mesh, palisade, weld mesh, and acoustic fencing.Support gate installations including sliding and swing gates.
  • Perform site preparation, measurements, and layout under supervision.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all WHS protocols and site safety procedures
  • Assist with unloading, handling, and staging of materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Represent Zinlow Group professionally on-site.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fencing (Chainmesh and Palisade)
  • Current White Card and RIW (Mandatory)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour outdoors.
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Must have full drivers licence
  • Additional tickets (e.g. EWP, Dogman, Excavator) are highly regarded.
  • Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screening as part of onboarding
