What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality legal advice and services to a diverse range of commercial clients
  • Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support the firm's work
  • Assisting with the management of client matters and projects
  • Contributing to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of post-admission with broad based experience in a commercial law
  • Strong commercial legal skills and experience in areas such as contract drafting, negotiation, and advisory work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • A genuine interest in and passion for commercial law
