Who you will be working for:

You will be working in a mid-tier law firm which stands-out for its flexible and easy-going culture, yet highly professional and commercial environment. This firm boasts some fabulous brand-name clients, and their litigators are smart and very well regarded. You will be working closely with a partner who is busy and has some really interesting work to share. You will meet their great clients, have flexibility, and you will be paid well for your contributions. 

What you will be doing:

In this Commercial Litigation role you will be working on a diverse mix of interesting Commercial Litigation matters. You will be given carriage of your own clients and matters, and you will have a path to partnership in the future if that appeals to you. Your awareness of commercial realities and your ability to think and talk on your feet, will stand you in good stead. You may be appointed at Associate level or Senior Associate level, depending on your experience.

The successful Commercial Litigator will need:

  • At least 3 to 8 years of post admission experience

    - Self motivation and autonomy
  • History of appearances in courts & tribunals

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong legal reasoning skills
